Wedding Service

An example of a typical Wedding Engagement is shown below. This is a guideline as to when and where the piper can play on your wedding day. All requirements can be discussed before your big day, to suit your particular needs.

If you have something specific in mind and we have not detailed this below then please contact us and we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

We can also arrange for more than one piper to play at your wedding i.e. a mini band, a full pipe band or even a highland dancer to dance at the evening reception.

Wedding Ceremony

1. The Groom, Guests and Bride are piped into the church as they arrive. They are also piped out of the church at the the end of the ceremony.

2. The Bride can be piped down the aisle.

3. The Bride and Groom, only, are piped up the aisle or, out of the church at the end of the ceremony.

4. The Guests are piped from their cars, or coach, after it arrives at the reception venue.

5. The Bride and Groom are piped from their wedding car on their arrival at the reception venue.

6. Music is provided at various intervals during the afternoon Wedding Reception.

7. The top table Guests are piped to their seats - before the Bride and Groom.

8. Alternatively, the Bride and Groom, only, can be piped to the wedding cake then to their seats at the top table.
